Privacy notices for the use of the website

1. Scope

This privacy policy is intended to inform the users of this website about the nature, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by DERU Planungsgesellschaft für Energie-, Reinraum- und Umwelttechnik mbH.

We take your privacy very seriously and treat your personal information confidentially and in accordance with the law.

5. Right to Information, Correction, Blocking and Deletion

You are entitled at any time to request information about the personal data stored under the address specified in the imprint free of charge. Under certain conditions, you may request the correction, blocking or deletion of your stored data.

6. Duration of data storage

With full completion of the respective purpose of the survey, your data will be blocked for further use and deleted after expiry of the tax and commercial retention periods, unless you have expressly consented to the further use.

7. Right of appeal
